As a couple in our 60s we coped easily with a couple of hours paddling. We were given a briefing prior to embarking and then we paddled off from the beach. David kept a watchful eye on everyone and we felt safe at all times. David was very informative regarding local information on history, wildlife and geology. David had a very easy going way about him so we all felt relaxed and comfortable. there was no pressure or rushing about. The trip around the head land to Portlet Bay was so gorgeous and beautiful.
