These are a great way to enjoy a short paddle and an overnight stay it two of Jersey’s unique locations.
Who are these trips for?
These trips are designed to be accessible to beginner paddlers. So participants are expected to have basic paddling skills and be happy with weight/luggage in their craft. We use sit on top kayaks, which are stable and have ample storage in a hatch and load bay. However all kit still needs to be in waterproof/dry bags to be protected from water. Most importantly your sleeping bag, which your expected to bring. A basic evening meal is included and you are expected to bring your own Breakfast and lunch. Trips last roughly from midday Saturday to midday Sunday and exact timings will be confirmed closer to the time. Overnight parking is available close to the launch locations.
Seymour Tower
Located just around 1 mile South East offshore from Jersey, it has a feeling of being a world away. Landing your kayak on a golden sand bank right next to the tower, sets the scene for a remote overnight stay. The tower features a kitchen/dining area on the first floor with two bunk beds. Plus a further 6 bunk beds on the second floor. Basic toilet facilities and amazing views of the surrounding area are on the top floor/open terrace. Enabling 7 guests and the guide to stay in comfort.

La Rocco Tower
Located just 1/3 of a mile from the nearest beach access, this place quickly starts to fell isolated as the sea surrounds the tower and you have it all to yourselves for the evening. Again, the The tower features a basic kitchen/dining area on the first floor with one bunk bed for the guide. Plus a further 6 bunk beds on the second floor for group members. Basic toilet facilities and amazing views of the surrounding area are on the top floor/open terrace. Which is an amazing place to enjoy your favorite drink while watching the sun go down. This tower also features a large court yard area around its base and mid tide access to a natural rock pool for a quick dip, to cool off on those hot summer days.
